Free Consultation
The 20-minute consultation is to help you determine whether therapy is the right fit for you. It provides an opportunity to ask questions, share what you’re looking for support with, and learn more about the therapist. The consultation does not involve assessment or treatment. Its purpose is to help you make an informed decision about next steps in therapy.

Clients interested booking with an intern therapist are required to first book the Free Intake Assessment
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. It can help you better understand yourself, work through challenges, and develop healthier ways of coping, communicating, and relating to others. Therapy is collaborative and moves at your pace, with the goal of supporting greater self-awareness and emotional well-being.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy is a supportive space for partners to better understand their relationship, improve communication, and work through challenges together. Therapy focuses on patterns within the relationship and helps couples explore how they interact, respond to conflict, and meet each other’s emotional needs. It can also provide clarity when couples are unsure about the future of their relationship.
